What I would love to write about instead is the inspiration behind the book 4 cover. The cover is modeled after the Devil tarot card. That card focuses on the chains we inflict on ourselves. It is our shadow self, our addictions, our unhealthy thought patterns or addictions that form the loose chains that bind us. The devil card appears to show us where we have given our power away or trapped ourselves in a negative cycle.

The way to deal with the negative message of this card is to confront our toxic patterns, to set boundaries and to take personal responsibility for the limiting beliefs that we chain ourselves down with.

I thought that was the perfect representation for the book 4 cover.
